Marc is responsible for the leasing and sale of retail
space contained within the company's property portfolio. His
responsibilities include financial and market analysis for property valuation,
lease analysis and negotiation, due diligence, acquisitions and dispositions, and
specialized marketing programs to maximizing property marketing, growth and
long term value.
He has also been involved in disposition of large retail properties
including shopping centers, theaters and lumberyards and has experience
in bankruptcy liquidation through some of these dispositions. He has
experience in REO (Real Estate Owned by foreclosure in bank portfolios)
including opinions of value, due diligence, marketing, sale and
subdivision. His experience in commercial real estate brokerage, management,
development, environmental compliance and environmental science has prepared
him well for property marketing.
